Refund policy
In force from 27 September 2026.
Who handles your payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders: it takes the payment, issues the invoice and the receipt, and handles refunds and returns, under its buyer terms and this policy.
Subscriptions
- A new subscription, monthly or yearly, is refunded in full if you ask within 30 days of its first payment.
- A yearly renewal is refunded in full if you ask within 30 days of the renewal.
- A monthly renewal is not refunded. Cancel at any time from Account settings in the app: the plan runs to the end of the month already paid for, and nothing more is charged.
Event passes
A pass for one event is refunded in full if you ask within 30 days of buying it and have not yet used it for the event.
Screens and admins added to a plan
Screen packs and extra admins bought with a plan or a pass are refunded with it, under the same rules. When you remove some in the middle of a period, the unused part is credited to your next payment rather than refunded.
When a refund is made
A refunded subscription or pass ends as soon as the refund is approved, and the account returns to the free Starter plan, or to another plan or pass paid for that is still running. We delete nothing because of it: rooms and timers beyond Starter's limits are disabled until you delete others or buy a plan again, as the terms of service describe.
How to ask
Write to hello@cuestride.com from the address you paid with, or reply to Paddle's receipt, or ask Paddle at paddle.net. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with; when it appears depends on your bank.
Your rights under the law
Nothing in this policy limits the rights the law gives you. If you buy as a consumer where the law gives you a right to cancel a purchase, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Israel, you have that right as well, as Paddle's buyer terms explain, and whichever gives you more applies.
