The attendee page
Hand attendees a page of the event's day from a link or a QR code: every room's sessions as they really run, the sponsors, and how many are reading it now.
Last checked against CueStride on 18 October 2026.
The attendee page is an event’s day for the people in the seats. It shows every room’s sessions in time slots, what is on now and how late each room runs, and the event’s sponsors. Attendees open it from a link or a QR code you hand out. It checks for changes once a minute, and it never takes a room’s screens.

What attendees see
- The event and its days. The event’s name, its dates, and the time zone its times are in, with a tab for each day.
- Every room, or one. A chip for each room follows one room. All rooms shows them all again.
- Sessions in time slots, placed by their printed start. Sessions that run side by side say how many run at once, and each leads with its room.
- What is happening now. The session on now is marked On now, or Paused, with a bar of how far it is, and the next is marked Next. A session running a minute or more late says how late. The times are projected, so they move when a room runs late, as the board’s do. There are no countdown digits: the speaker’s timer is for the stage.
- The sponsors, by sponsor tier at each tier’s size on the attendee page, as the Sponsors tab sets them. A sponsor with a website links to it, and a room presented by a sponsor says so beside the room. See Sponsor screens.
The page asks for changes once a minute while it is on screen, and at once when someone comes back to it. A phone in a pocket asks nothing. If the connection drops, the page keeps what it last had and says when that was from.
Hand it out
Open the event’s Settings from its heading on the Rooms page. For attendees comes first.

- Copy the link, or Open it to see what attendees will see. The link opens a new tab.
- Put the QR code or the link where people will look: on the badges, in the welcome email, and on the slides between sessions.
The page needs no app and no sign-in, and it has no password. It is the event’s page, not a room’s, so a room’s password never applies to it.
The board and the event’s other links stay under For the screens and the crew, for the venue’s TVs and the people running the show.
How many can read it
Each event counts the phones reading its attendee page now. A phone counts while it has checked in within the last two and a half minutes, so someone who puts their phone away leaves the count.
Premium includes 150 attendees on each event. Add more in packs of 150, as many as 65 packs, for up to 9,900 on each event. Every pack raises every event of the account at once. Enterprise includes 9,900 attendees on each event.
When an event is full, a new phone sees “Lots of people are reading the agenda right now” and tries again on its own until someone leaves. A phone already reading carries on.
The Rooms page tells you first. Each event’s heading says how many are reading against the cap, amber from 80 percent and red at the cap, and a notice names the event, with Add attendees while more can be bought: there is none at the most packs a plan sells, or on Enterprise.

Add attendees
Add attendees opens your plan in Account settings. On a running subscription, the Attendees per event stepper moves a pack at a time, and Update the plan shows the new price and what is charged now before Paddle prorates it. The packs come with the plan when you buy it, too. See Account and plans and the prices.
Going down is never refused. Phones already reading carry on, and new ones wait until the count is under the new cap.
